Oracle sues Google for patent infringement

Oracle is suing Google in court on Android OS. According to Oracle, Google has infringed seven patents, and copyrights related to Java. The firm says that Google has ignored the portfolio of Sun for a while, and had even used some team members Sun Java before Sun Microsystems redeems Oracle last year. Will this affect til Android and its momentum? Hopefully both companies find common ground to resolve this dispute.
